Return / cancellation policy

1. According to the legislation in force, the waiver of purchase is applicable only to individual customers. Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase within 14 working days from its receipt . Cancellation of purchase within 14 days can be applied only for products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Return costs will be borne by the buyer and the refund of the value of the product will be made by the seller within 30 days of return.

2. If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a fee for returning it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product. as second-hand or, at the customer's option, we will resend the product, at his expense. This clause applies according to OG 130/2000, in case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in OG 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e.

3. The products that are made to order at the client's request will not be returned and Ord. 130/2000 will be submitted. Head. 2, Art. 10: The consumer may not unilaterally terminate the following types of contracts, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise: c) contracts for the supply of products made according to consumer specifications or distinctly customized products, as well as those that, by their nature they cannot be returned or they can degrade or deteriorate rapidly.
